The ordered goods are shipped once the payment is received through your national post operator and it will be delivered directly to your door. The delivery time lasts usually 4 working days.

5. Is there any minimal amount or value of goods that I have to order?

Minimal order value is 30 euro or the equivalent in your chosen currency, there is no minimal goods that you order.

The provided price is with regards to just 1 piece.

All the complaints can be submitted trough the below channels. Once the complaint is received we will try to get back to you as soon as possible, maximum within one working day. All the complaints we try to resolve with an eye for the clients benefit.
